I see where you are showing the estimate on our timeline. Is that what people are looking at? Ours is December 2nd - 9th. Ohhhhh how depressing. VSC Please Please Hurry!!!

Ahh we're at CSC, so our estimate is from October 12th at the moment! A lot sooner than we initially thought. I've a feeling things will change though, although I do keep seeing NOA2's from CSC In less than 100 days in some cases! Who knows? I (the beneficiary) am currently with my man in Utah - been out here nearly all summer apart from a week when I went home to see my doctor (I'm recovering from bunion surgery!) and here probably for another 2 weeks. I'm hoping we will see each other frequently up until I get the visa, I'm lucky my jobs very flexible (airline industry!). Can't imagine what its like for other couples waiting months and months. The longest Andy and I have spent apart is 4 weeks and it killed us! Never want to do that again. He is moving to California soon we're just looking at condos very exciting. I think you just have to keep busy, go work out, see friends, work - just to take your mind away from it!

Hi folks. I'm just checking in. We're approaching 2 months. Sim is still here until August 20th, but we're both starting to realize how very little time that is. This will probably be the last time we see eachother until we're approved. Super depressing, but hopefully we'll be back together within 6 months. After everything else, we can make it 6 months no problem. I have been regularly checking the uscis website and there is no update. No touching either. No RFEs, which is good, but since they haven't touched it since 06/11/2012 that means nothing. Waiting is super hard. I just keep hoping to be one of those freak petitions that gets processed in like 2 months. At least we are still together for now. This 3 months together has been GREAT.riuthamus - How did you hear your date as October 17th?

There is an option on the forums to add in your information and your processing center and they give you an estimated date. Our estimate date keeps lower each day by 2 days. We are now 05 OCT, i have to keep telling my baby to relax and that these are estimated dates. It would be nice if she could make it back before my deployment but I am not sure she can.

can't you expedite your petition?

As far as I know, expedited forms are only processed for people with medical conditions. She is perfectly healthy and I am as well. If you know something I do not please share as it would be a blessing to have her there early.

We have a new issue though, she has to get the papers saying she has no arrests in other countries. The japan one was simple, she went to the embassy and requested that they give them to her early. After some fingerprints she was good to go. The singapore one is proving to be impossible. They only let citizens of singapore get them and if you file with the website it can take up to 6 months to process. This is outrageous and insane that we are required to have this if they do not support giving this information out to non-nationals. I get the point of it but damn 6 months wait... for the interview would be freaking killer. Anybody got any information on the paperwork for singapore arrest records would be epic.

Riuthamus are you military? It takes 1 month to process? If only citizens of Singapore can get it you might not need to get one. My friend lived in UAE for 5 years and didn't need a police certificate. I have to get one from Bahrain... It's going to suck!

I called them and they said i would need to send them information for when I will return, and when I will deploy again. I need to get this information and then I will send it in if it all works out. Thanks for the advice.

How is yours so quick? Are you at Cali service Centre? We are at Vermont, NA01 was end of June so you are a maybe two weeks ahead of us but our expected NA02 is end of December! At least that is what this website says :( so far away. You are lucky you can spend the whole summer there too! I am happy that yours is going so fast, but jealous too - I wish ours had gone to Cali they seem to take half the time! Where abouts in England are you from? x

Ours keeps going down as well. We are in cali and they are processing documents VERY fast right now. Let us hope this trend keeps up. My application is showing early September ( this is before the expedited request ) and we submitted 06JUN

Something to keep in mind, my friend on the ship just got his approval about a month ago for the NAO2 but he has not yet received his documents in the mail. I think he was part of that whole April debacle. So make sure you stay on top of your documents and where they are.

We're Vermont too. It's showing our estimated approval between December 6 - 11. Our NOA1 date was 06/11, so that's 6 months. :-(

Simon's been here since the end of May, but he is headed back home next week. It's going to be a rough 6ish months.

Let's hope Vermont picks up the pace. I wonder too if the Olympics being in London have slowed the process for UK recipients.

Ours moved back to Sept 21 o Oct 2. I'll be in Cebu then with my baby. Now that would be an awesome gift to give her if we got Noa2 then.

Our estimation has moved to October 8th-20th, (NOA1 June 25) which is around my (Myke) birthday, and when Kerry will be visiting me, so that would be a perfect birthday present!

I leave the States in 3 weeks after having my full 90days here, and as soon as I get home, I will be updating all my vaccinations. Other than prepare for the interview, is there anything else essential I should be doing? I saw someone mention getting police checks - does the USCIS not do that in the original checks?
