I have another question regarding IV package. It states that marriage certificate needs to be sent in original form. My question is I only have one original marriage certificate in my own language. I dont wanna send the only original non-english marriage certificate. however, I do have the translate and copy of that in my language. hope I didnt confuse u guys. can someone tell me if that's k?

I do understand you being reluctant to send the Original marriage Certificate. Unfortunately, you have only following option

Either ORIGINAL or CERTIFIED Copy of Marriage Certificate.

Note: "English translate" document is not a MUST document if applicant will have interview in the same native country from where the document is issued.

Hi please if you could tell me if I have to wait for a confirmation letter about the upgrade from f2a to cr1 because I only received a confirmation email for the upgrading since my husband became us citizen so we have to wait for noa2 or a confirmation letter first
