Approved Visa in Casablanca but problem with Sponser

I went to my interview and everything was approved for my Visa but then I was told I have a problem with Sponser because my Wife and her Mom both don't file Tax Returns because they are on disability but they make $50,000 a year together and the father wants to Joint Sponser also but he is Retired and also doesn't have to file a Tax Return but makes $50,000 a year...Do you know if it is a requirement for a Sponser to file a Tax Return or is there a way to prove they didn't have to file Tax Return and still be Sponsers??

If they were indeed not required to file taxes, then they need to write a letter and sign it stating so, and proof how they make their income and that they were indeed not required to file.

Yes they are getting proof of Income and Proof that they don't have to file Taxes but if it's a Requirement for Sponsers to File a return then I need a new Sponser??

No it is not a requirement. It is just very unusual that they make enough to sponsor, yet don;t have to file a return.
