answers appreciated.

You need to read the FAQs and read the guidelines and then check the NVC forums. Your questions is too vague and too many factors affect the duration of every petition. Payato

22 Jul 06 - Received NOA-1

18 Sep 06 - Received NOA2 in mail

11 Oct 06 - Case MNL783xxx received by Manila Embassy... guess NVC lied

26 Dec 06 - Received Packet 4

18-19 Jan 07 - Medical complete early, scheduled 8 Feb

19 Jan - CFO completed after SLE shots... have to go back for the stamp after visa approval

15 Feb 07 - Interview Approved

24 Feb 07 - Arrive at Honolulu POE

2 Apr 07 - Married, civil ceremony, mailed AOS

17 Apr 07 - Checks cashed for AOS & AP

22 Apr 07 - Filed Expedite for AP

8 May 07 - Biometrics Appt

8 May 07 - Filed complaint with local USCIS for no action on Expedite request

9 May 07 - AP Expedite approved via email

14 May 07 - received AP I-512L documents in the mail

25 Jun 07 - AOS Interview scheduled but cancelled due to deployment and family emergency

29 Nov 07 - Visited local USCIS to reschedule AOS interview

15 Jan 08 - Local USCIS finally forwards reschedule request after formal complaint

8 Feb 08 - Received new Interview date

28 Mar 08 - AOS Interview ..investigation reopened due to incorrect birthdate that was identified 05/07

16 Apr 08 - CRIS Notice of GC approval and welcome notice via email

25 Apr 08 - GC received finally!

15 Jan 10 - Mailed Lifting of Conditions Package

19 Jan 10 - Package received at VT USCIS

22 Jan 10 - Checked cashed by USCIS

26 Jan 10 - Received NOA dated 20 Jan 10

before anyone can answer this you have to decide if your fiance is going through Ukraine or Mozambique. When your NOA2 supposedly arrived on Oct 13 you were at the Ukraine. Today youa re applying through Mozambique.

27 March 2009 Check Cashed

30 March 2009 NOA received

8 April 2009 Biometric notice arrived by mail

24 April 2009 Biometrics scheduled

26 April 2009 Touched

...once again waiting

1 September 2009 (just over 5 months) Approved and card production ordered.

The problem is that it is impossible to get an estimate on that. There are not enough timelines in the VJ database, Mozambique has only 1 timeline which is yours.

NOA2 to sent to consulate is fairly normal 4 to 6 weeks, but after that it is anyones guess, have no idea how long Mozambique takes to receive, send out packet 3, and packet 4.

If anyone else on the forum did a visa through that consulate, they did not have the courtesy to do timelines for the rest of us, you are the first.

I was fortunate enough to have over 40 timelines to base an estimate for our case.

All I can say is keep up your timeline, and let us all know how your journey is going.

If you really expect anyone to provide you with guidance and insight you can't keep changing the details. As it stands now, no one knows if you are serious, which country your fiancee is in and we keep expecting additional changes from you.

Please consider your past when asking legitimate questions. Everyone on this site has serious desires and ambitions. We are being to wonder whether you do?

Pretty simple really! if you original question is about NOA, then search for NOA and looking in the NOA forum is pretty clear, not vague. I am fairy new but others here seem to think u keep changing ur details. As I said before your question is too vague, and time lines are only estimates. NOA2 to Embassy depends on the USCIS, the NVC, RFEs, The Embassy or consulate..... way too many factors for a straight answer. Payato
