11/01/2012: NOA2 E-mail & Text

11/05/2012: Received NOA2 hardcopy

NVC

11/06/2012: NVC received case(Checked by calling)

11/06/2012: Got Case number/IIN from NVC (Over the phone)

11/07/2012: Provided Petitioner/Beneficiary email addresses to NVC

11/07/2012: Sent DS-3032 (EMail version)

11/08/2012: Received email from NVC (AOS Invoice and DS-3032)

11/08/2012: Paid AOS Bill(Status: InProcess)

11/08/2012: Beneficiary emailed Signed/Scanned copy of DS-3032

11/13/2012: AOS Bill Status Changed to PAID

11/13/2012: Sent AOS Package

11/15/2012: NVC Received AOS Packet

11/20/2012: Beneficiary received email from NVC that DS-3032 is accepted

Im from Texas. My attorney sent it to California. My guess is, he's done so many immigration cases, he knows which state to send it to..

Hey guys did u filed for expedite? Ours didn't but it took us 59days for approval. Congrats to us. Lol. waiting for case number here also..Hope it comes soon!

I don't think you get a choice. If you live in Texas, it automatically gets routed to California.

The service center is based on where you live, so you don't really get a choice where it goes. CSC is working these apps pretty fast right now, the same was not the case just a few months ago. Similarly VSC was processing in under 3 months just a few months ago as well and now things seems to be slowing down, for me it's just a roll of the dice, wait and hope for the best.

I am also from VSC but with PD in early June, figured I would look at this thread and follow some timelines just to begin getting some emails once I know June is a few weeks away.

All I ask is that everyone keep their timeline up to date since this will help the entires sites estimates be more accurate.

Hope everyone gets NOA2 without any RFE's or delays!!!

You're right. I never knew this part of the filing. I thought you choose the nearest service center. Instead, it's all sent to the same box and from there, they are rerouted...

We filed Our NOA1 is May 14, and our NOA2 is August 3, 2012.

Married 11/2011 in Mexico

I-130 PROCESS

May 9, 2012 - Sent I-130

May 17, 2012 - Received NOA1 in the mail

August 3, 2012 - NOA2 - APPROVAL

APPROVED APPROVED....

We filed Our NOA1 is May 14, and our NOA2 is August 3, 2012.

I'm so thrilled and shocked that we were approved in less than 3 months!!!! Do you guys know after this how long it takes for an interview?

hey guys wheres the updates? im still waiting no RFE no NOA2.... its august 10th and all i can do is wait until october but hopfully it will be in the mail any one of these days ;) i check it evryday ...

I'm still waiting... I think not hearing anything is the worst part... But then you only want a NOA2 not a RFE... So I guess I should be greatful and stick with no news is good news.

This is sooooo hard though, sitting and waiting with your life on hold :crying:

Wow congrats!! I sent mine May 5th and i'm still waiting..congrats to you!!

Sent i130 on May20th. NOA1 on May 30th. Approved on August 3rd. Waiting for NVC case number!!!!

@ Teach_says I agree...the waiting is the hardest part!!
