I dont think this whole Fiance visa is a good idea anymore.

She's not the one.

So, i want to cancel.

Can anybody advise pls

You will receive a confirmation that your request was received by USCIS. Write a request to cancel, sign and attache a copy of the confirmation. Alternatively, if you do nothing and don't follow up with the required documentation, your process will be considered abandoned.

It's been crazy bro!!

Long distance relationships is a bi***c

This is not true. If it didn't work for you I am sorry, but it DOES work for many people.

I don't think he was saying they do not work for people, just simply saying they're difficult. And I'm not sure there's anyone here who would disagree.

I doubt it. All relationships are difficult. Adding an ocean to the equation just makes it that much harder!

It's not for the faint of heart for sure.

The reason I asked is that we've had at least one person that asked recently about cancelling a cancellation letter that they wrote.

Sometimes things happen for a reason, keep your chin up mate.

I can't even imagine. I was lucky enough to be two short plane rides away from my husband - and we managed for seven years, and it was STILL horrible. An ocean would've killed me.

Having a long distance relationship is hard, very hard, but it is doable. You just have to have patience and stay strong throughout it all, and in the end you will be rewarded with a lifetime of happiness.

...and most of all, you have to love... If you don't, it's very easy to change your mind and give up when the obstacles appear in your way ;)

As people said, write to USCIS and follow with a phone call , if you get NOA2, inform te embassy in your fiancee's country....

Please also take note that your withdrawal in most cases cannot be reversed. If you change your mind, you will probably have to start again.

If this really hasn't worked out for you, you have my sympathies but if there's a little hope left....
