You seem to be grasp at straws, any large company would ONLY use their in-house legal team. Business wise they would be stupid to use someone that is not part of their legal team or under contract by them.

So youre looking for a job as a pharmacist where you would be sponsored? I used to work for Healthsouth (A rehabilitation hospital chain across most of the US-just Google it) and they hire many, many, many foreign workers and sponsor them. Not just pharmacists, but nurses, occupational and physical therapists too. I'd say about 25% of our employees were foreigners who signed contracts. Call them and find out!

Have you considered offering to the employer that you would take a 1 year pay cut to make up for the large application price? We have done this in my company.

I feel that 5,000 dollars is not a big number, especially when you compare it to pharmacists salaries.

Still smirk when I drive past a Kum and Go.

Most nursing positions do not need a degree? Maybe for a nursing ASSISTANT. I know several nurses at work who came sponsored by my work and are still there. They flights and hotels and housing all paid for. They have degrees and I am a nurse and I have a degree;where do you get your info? Since the economy soured, foreign nurses are not in demand. However, they still hire therapists and since we never had a sponsored pharmacist, I am not sure on the demand there, so that's why i said as much.

And FYI, about half of our nurses at work obtained foreign nursing degrees and then had to qualify for US requirements on top of it....I don't know of one nurse at work who does not ahve a degree and is licensed to work LOL!!! Okkkkkkkkk
