this are the things that I'm required to bring to my interview on June 28th

1. your passport and/or government issued photo I.D

2. this letter, any travel documents and proof of current immigration status.

3. petitioner and beneficiary (spouse, parent,brother,sister) regardless.

4. all birth certificates for you, your spouse and children. Marriage certificates and divorce decrees for you and your spouse. Bring the originals and copies you can leave. Bring an english tranlation for any foreign language documents.

5. proof or your relationship including co-mingling of assets.

I have an appointment with my attorney to review this letter so he can explain to me what some of these items mean. some of this items that Im required to take to my interview I don't understand.

NUMBER 3 SAYS TO BRING THE BENEFICIARY WITH ME (SPOUSE). my question is how am I supposed to bring my beneficiary to this interview if his in Mexico? :help:

on NUMBER 5. what does co-mingling of assets mean ? :unsure:

Co-mingling of assets would be things such as joint bank accounts, tax returns, credit accounts, car ownership, bills, leases, etc.

Sounds like you were sent a standard checklist that doesn't take account of your personal situation, as interviews of the petitioner in a CR- case ate fairly unusual. No, he does not need to come with you if he is in Mexico.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

In a spouse visa case, the "BENEFICIARY" is the foreigner. If this is a petitioner interview IN THE USA, you cannot bring your beneficiary with you. No worries.
