There are others that were transfered around the same time that are also still waiting. Frustrating when you see so many that applied months later getting their green cards. So you're not alone, and one of many that are wondering what's going on with such a huge difference in timelines.

Have you put in a service request or just talked with customer support? If you did put in a service request, what was their response?

I didn't put in the service request, they just didn't let me.

the first time I called (in February) they told me that CSC was working on July 28, 2011, so my case was still within the regular processing times.

The second time I called (which was about 2 weeks ago) they told me that they couldn't tell me whether my case was within the regular processing times or not, because CSC doesn't provide them with this information (which is obviously a lie).

That is completely a lie. Have you gotten to the second teer support people? I'd contact a congress person or senator to contact them on your behalf. They have been saying 4 months is the national average, although some locals are going longer. CSC is supposed to be at 4 months, at least thats what they've been reporting, but for some reason they've been lying about a fair percentage of us that are not getting ours processed in a reasonable time frame. If you look in the November filer's thread, you'll see they are basically just blowing off service requests now with we'll try to get to yours if we have the resources replies. We'll have to see if getting in a service request helps right now, but not getting one in certainly isn't going to help. I found long ago with customer support, you need to keep calling back when you get the bad support people, and if often has felt like there are more bad ones than good ones. Both first teer and second teer can put in a service request. But you have to get one willing to do their job and not blow you off.
