Hey everyone I have everything ready to go,,,,, but after looking at the USCIS website I noticed two different fees. My check is made out for $340 but I see another area it is $325.. Not that I care about 15 dollars I just don't want a rejection as I read last week for paying different then the amount... What is fee for 129F??? I need to stay on this sight and forget the "official" USCIS website as it is confusing... Thanks

The fee is correctly listed in the I-129F instructions on page 5: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

And also on the form fee chart for the I-129F: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=b1ae408b1c4b3210VgnVCM100000b92ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=b1ae408b1c4b3210VgnVCM100000b92ca60aRCRD

Thanks to you both. I must've panicked and saw 129 without the F when I saw 325... Whew.... Check is made out and ready to be sent tomorrow.. Thank the good Lord packet is together.... Actually just 4 hours today putting all the pieces together.. Not bad for the return of my fiancee.. Making one packet was easy. Making sure 2 and 3rd packet was same as 1 was a bit of a task lol..
