Choice of Agent

Hi all, I am going to be acting as my wife's agent for the NVC correspondence. I was emailed a DS 3032 form last week, and the directions were confusing me as to where/how to send it to them. Does my wife really have to mail it to the NVC from Indonesia? Or since it's just a stand alone form, can it be emailed? I read instructions from the NVC website that said to email it, but I also read that some countries aren't eligible for that. Is that the case with the DS 3032? Or can that one be emailed? If so, what would be the correct email address, if anyone happens to know. Thanks a lot for your time, guys.

Paul

You can send it through email.

What you're talking about is electronic processing, and yes, only a few countries are eligible for that. But it doesn't include the choice of agent, and beneficiaries from any country can send the choice of agent through email.

Follow this template here. This link also contains the email add where to send the form. http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

Correct but if you email the actual form, signed or not, you only need to include the case number and then the full names and dates of birth for the petitioner and beneficiary in the body of the email. No need to repeat the information contained on the attached completed form. For Indonesia, this is the only official form or document that can be submitted by email.
