What are the possible reasons for an I-130 getting denied?

I'm just curious...

for an F2-A?

1. unable to prove family ties from petitioner to beneficiary.

2. Petitioner status unproved.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
