***** Crying*** What is happening at VSC!!! Every approval I see if from CSC around my date and if I do see approval from VSC is K-1.. I really cant take this any longer!!!!

I've been checking the 400+ that went were received on the same day as mine and they are through about 20%. Just because we can't see the approvals here doesn't mean they aren't happening.

looks like vsc stopped at EAC1290269181. i am not sure how many they work on a day.

i doubt you need to check 400+ unless you have a macro that pulls the data instantly. i just do a margin of range +/-20 on my receipt number.

you can continue using the receipt number from above and follow how many will be completed this monday.

Hopefully mine is on a desk right now ready to be approved ! I'm within those receipt numbers (I-129F) !! I'm almost at the 5 months mark now and i'm getting worried that i will have to wait longer, this process is a real torture and I find it unacceptable that those people are not accountable to anybody. As a goverment agency, I think they should as it is here in Canada. Also, their customer service sucks real bad !

It seems the case numbers aren't completely in order.... we are Jan 12th and ours is EAC129019**** and we have had no activity. Some before and after us are around your date as well. I can't seem to figure out the rhyme or reason to these case numbers

Yes. this wait has become crazy. All the previous months did not have this problem. And we're looking at just average petitons being at 5 months. It will be terrible for the few petitions that get neglected each time. God only know how long they'll wait. I'm ready to go with congressional inquiry next Friday. The 15th is when I'll cut it off and initiate it.

only if vj timelines can include receipt numbers, it would give us some data how receipt numbers are being handled. someone should suggest that to the webmaster.

Hi,

What's happening with VSC? It looks like we are very far from CSC processing times. Is there anybody here gets approval from VSC Jan filers? I found out none...am I correct...hope for the good news soon. God bless our journey!
