Hello there!

Had interview with IO and she asked me to wait for decision as Marriage ended with Divorce before two years expired! My Question is... if decision takes longer than expected, would it be advisable to introduce my company to assist in this case (as i'm presently working with a corporate company). Pls advise!

When you file after your divorce ( you don't wait for the 2 years when you divorce ) you get a one year extenstion letter , it shouldn't drag on more than that.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

I have no idea what kind of world you have been living in, but I can say that your company absolutely has nothing to do with your ROC process.

You will hear something very soon hopefully but it might also take up to 1 year or more. Good luck !... please keep us posted.
