Hi Everyone I am finally experiencing the joy that comes with the approval of my I-130. As per my time line you will notice how long i have been waiting on this approval. I thank God for this even though to some of you it may see as if my journey still have a long way to go. I am happy to finally say APPROVED :dance: I waited for this moment. To all of my fellow September filers I say hang in there your turn is coming soon. :luv:

so with no RFE you would of got appoveddd last month.

only a short delay though.

best of luck! (don't you love it when people are so original and say grats, congrats, etc...)

Yes Yes Yes he he I woul dhave gotten an approval sooo long. But my RFE could not be avoided just like that it needed the help of a judge..But thats ok I am approved :dance:

what was the RFE for?

and thanks for your last response.

There was an error on my husband's USC divorce decree. It stated that he was married and divorced more time than he actually was. USCIS picked up on it and requested that he hd it ammended. We were also ask to show supporting evidence of our relationship also they wanted sworn affidavits from persons who was at our wedding. In the past I saw where some folks said that it was not necessary to include all this evidence with the I-130, and that it will be shown at the interview stage this is incorrect. When filing the I-130 you are expected to show things like pictures and afftdavits to support your case.

gezzzzz about time they got u outta there and send you packing to NVC.

The frustrating thing now is that it takes about 3-4 weeks to get a case number.

Well get all ur stuff together so u can submitt as soon as the time comes and dont forget to get that police clearance certificate, if you already did make sure it wont expire by the time u get to the embassy.

That's soooo great to hear!!! YAY!
