gezzzzz about time they got u outta there and send you packing to NVC.

The frustrating thing now is that it takes about 3-4 weeks to get a case number.

Well get all ur stuff together so u can submitt as soon as the time comes and dont forget to get that police clearance certificate, if you already did make sure it wont expire by the time u get to the embassy.

Hey did u ever find out about the police Clearance and the 6mths expiration issue?

Yes i received my police certificate yesterday it is valid for 6 months so I will be well within my time frame when my interview date come around. I am guessing that i will get done with NVC in 2 months from now and another 2 months until my interview date. hopefully i will be heading back home with my husband sometime in fall. Fingers crossed toes crossed :innocent:

Awsome!!! My hubby got his in Feb so we hoping for a July interview.

May 2014- Husband is an American Solider with his US Citizenship.

Hi Everyone I am finally experiencing the joy that comes with the approval of my I-130. As per my time line you will notice how long i have been waiting on this approval. I thank God for this even though to some of you it may see as if my journey still have a long way to go. I am happy to finally say APPROVED :dance: I waited for this moment. To all of my fellow September filers I say hang in there your turn is coming soon. :luv:
