So I finally finished my little hobby of digging up every 129F petition received by CSC on the 3rd Jan 2012 (My case is one of them)

The status as of today

Total: 128

Case approved: 15

Case withdrawn: 2

RFE: 0

Those cases already approved are likely the expedited cases. I check them all once a day. I probably start checking them all like mad when more of them are getting approved in the coming 1-2 weeks

OMG, you must be on pins and needles at this point. it's funny how this process can make us so obsessed. I've been typing in random numbers and keeping tabs of cases from December to March. Good-luck in the upcoming weeks! CSC seems to be going steadily these days. i hope they continue at this rate or even speed up for all our sakes.

3/22/2012: Sent I-129F from Spain to Dallas Lockbox

3/29/2012: Packet received at CSC

4/2/2012: Touched

4/3/2012: Received Email notification of Receipt w/ case number

4/3/2012: Check cashed

4/13/2012: Received NOA1 hardcopy in Spain

7/19/2012: NOA2 approval (email and text notifications)

7/25/2012: NOA2 Hardcopy received

7/27/2012: NVC case number received

7/30/2012: NVC sent packet to US Embassy in Madrid

8/16/2012: Received packet from Embassy

8/23/2012: Received appointment letter from Embassy

8/28/2012: Interview and Approved!

8/31/2012: K1 visa received!

01/26/12 - NOA1 received and processing at Vermont.

06/28/12 - NOA2 announced on status check.

06/29/12 - NVC received case learned on 07/2/12.

06/30/12 - Hard copy NOA2 received.

07/09/12 - NVC Casefile Number and IIN Issued.

07/16/12 - Receive and Sent DS-3032 via email.

07/17/12 - Mailed DS-3032 via mail, AOS bill received via email, paid online, Optin email sent.

07/18/12 - Optin accepted and new case number, AOS marked paid, emailed AOS packet.

07/24/12 - Assigned as Agent, IV Fee bill received via email, paid online.

07/25/12 - IV Fee marked paid, emailed IV packet.

07/31/12 - Emailed GZO Supplemental Packet 3.

08/02/12 - Case completed and commenced final review.

08/03/12 - Shipped all copies of forms/letters/documents to my wife - arriving on 8/9/12.

08/06/12 - Case completed final review.

08/09/12 - Appointment letter received via email interview date set 9/6/12.

08/14/12 - Medical exam done.

08/15/12 - Medical exam results all normal.

09/06/12 - Submitted required documents at the embassy and interview set next day at 0730.

05/16/13 - Arrived at GUZ and impromptu notice on the front it was closed.

Sorry It's very time consuming, probably not gonna do december whistling.gif.

I ran the case number from my case number incremented and decremented by 1 on the USCIS status website for all the petitions received on that date.

I ran the case number from my case number incremented and decremented by 1 on the USCIS status website for all the petitions received on that date.

I've done the same for I130 petitions received at vsc for my day. It is obsessive but at least I can see that they are getting processed. According to visa journey no I130s have been approved at vsc in a week. I can see that some from my day were approved today. It's the little things right now that help!

vsc has gotten so bad the vj timeline has push its eta back to jan16 for cr1/ir1

As of today 23rd May 2012, CSC has approved some of the 129F petition received on the 3rd Jan! good.gif

It can be any day now! Good luck to all.

Oh my god! Big news. CSC processed 35 I-129F cases on the 24th and 25th May. (31 approval and 4 RFE).

The case next to my case number got approved yesterday too!!

So now for the petitions received on the 3rd Jan, we are up to

Total: 128

Case approved: 46

Case withdrawn: 2

RFE: 4

I'm feeling lucky next week! This is getting exciting!!!yes.gif

42% of the cases completed so far.

Now I am getting really nervous. Just ran the cases this morning and no new approval today yet.

BUT there are about 10 new RFE's dated 28th May!

Either someone at the CSC had a really bad weekend or these RFE's are from last week processing but it just got updated on the system today.

I want to believe in the latter, especially when there is not a single approval from this week yet. Probably because it is still 7.30 am in CSC when I checked.
