I HAVE JUST FINISHED THE I-134 WITH ALL PERTAINING DOCUMENTATION.

SO NOW I SEND IT TO MY FIANCE CORRECT?

ALOSO HE HAS TO FILL OUT FORMS AS WELL, I HAVE A QUESTION...CAN I FILL THEM OUT HERE (DOWNLOAD AND THEN SEND FOR HIM TO SIGN) OR DO I WAIT FOR THE US EMBASSY IN CHILE TO SEND HIM THE PACKETS. WHERE DO I PAY FOR THE VISA? AT THE CONSULATE?

ALSO I CALL NVC AND THEN I GET AN INN NUMBER?

I CANNOT FIND THE ANSWER IN ANY OF THE GUIDES, THANKS FOR YOUR HELP ;)

Yes you need to send the I-134 documents to you fiance. Make sure to keep a copy of what was sent for your own records. There may be other things to send (ex: I have to send evidence of domicile) but it varies by country so I can't advise you what to do specific for Chile.

For the questions specific to Chile I would ask in the Chile forums what's best since things vary by country.

Once the approved I-129F gets to the NVC they will assign it a case number and send it to the consulate. You will get a letter with the consulate case number. I would wait at least 2 weeks before calling the NVC about anything.

Ok, nevermind, yes, send that + pay stubs + employment letter to your fiancee. But you should check against the specific requirements.

YOU ARE SOOO HELPFUL!! THANK YOU!

Please if any one besides the one person that responded could help me out would be great!!

I can be helpful if I can easily read what's asked for.

Visa fee is paid by your fiance at the consulate before interview.

This is consulate specific and may be at the consulate itself or at the bank.

If no one interviewing in Santiago responds to your question, check the consulate reviews on this site or check the web page of US consulate in Santiago, IV unit.

For what I know the chilean embassy send you all the forms, and about the fees, the chilean embassy change the way of paying it off now, is true credit card and I think servipag (only Chile) but you could find that out in the embassy webside.
