i'm us citizen, my wife has been in the states for more than 10 years and the person who is filling up the forms i-130 and i465 told us we don't need anything else than these forms and medical exam and photos. can you help me on let me know what other documents do i have to send because my friend told me something about the G325.

It's all in the instructions for each form:

i-130:

• G-325A USC

• G-325A Foreign Spouse

• 1 Passport photo USC

• 1 Passport photo Foreign Spouse

• Proof of citizenship

• Marriage Certificate

• Proof of bonafide marriage

i-485:

• Foreign Spouse Criminal record if applicable

• Copy of Foreign Spouse Birth certificate + translation

• 2 passport photos Foreign Spouse

• Copy of Foreign Spouse passport & page with non-immigrant visa + i-94

• G-325A Foreign Spouse

• Affidavit of Support form i-864

 Copy of USC tax return(s)

 Copy Paystubs

 Other proof of employment

• Medical exam form i-693

Also, if "the person who is filling up the forms" is someone you are paying, I would kick them out of the equation right about now.. And in any case, even if you do have someone helping you with the forms, you want to still be aware of the process and what is required yourself and make sure everything is filed correctly - in the end, if things get delayed, it's not the lawyer/whoever is helping you whose life is made harder, it's you.
