Where do people see this? When I link my case ID# to USCIS.gov, it just tells me that my petition was received March 27th and is in initial review phase.

Also.. Just thinking out loud at this point but... I just found out that it's in California Service Center since it starts with EAC :-(

I can remember being confused by what "touched" meant also. Basically it is if that date changes to a different date but the "Status" of the case remains the same. That signals that someone did something on your case and logged the date. That is all. Mine was never "touched" so don't get too bent out of shape if this doesn't happen for your case.

I am a bit confused on the "touched" part as well. My petition was received on 4/24/12 and my NOA1 received on 4/27/12. Now my status in the USCIS website says "last updated on 4/30/12.

Does that mean it is just moving through the stages already? Sorry I am a newbie at this lol
