Hi Baby Cookie, Thanks so much for the quick response. :) But I have another follow-up question. Do we (my husband and I both fill up the forms like the G325A and etc? or just me alone? thanks again. :) :)

Adjustment of status is all about the intending immigrant. You are applying to adjust status and not the USC. All the forms are about you and signed by you EXCEPT the I-864. The I-864 and the supporting documents that go with it are the only things needed from the USC spouse for AOS.

Thanks Jay-Kay for the informations :). May I know what are the supporting documents for I-864? And do I really need to submit the form I-693? I have my records of my medical examination (X-ray CD, vaccinations) but I need to get my last shots for my other vaccines? Thanks again. :)

Your husband needs to provide his 2011 tax transcript (free from the IRS), letter from employer and a few months worth of his most recent pay stubs. Basically the same stuff you needed for the I-134 at your K-1 interview.

See this post to know if you need to see a civil surgeon to get the vaccinations transcribed onto the I-693 or not: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/335754-ds-3025-complete-or-not/page__p__4971318#entry4971318

Hello,

Your husband will fill the affidavit of support paperwork and sign it while you will fill everything else and sign them. You should not panic just do it slow but be sure everything is correct and up to the USCIS requirements. Making mistakes will lead to RFEs which you don't want coz they slow the process. My husband and i just got our welcome letter to us two days ago and we filed on 29 December 2011. We didn't hire any lawyers or get any help except from reading posts on VJ. We didn't even get an interview! You should be able to do it, good luck.

Hi everyone,

I need help. Can someone give me the requirements for the Adjustment Of Status. And do we (my husband and I) both fill up the forms? Or just me as the beneficiary alone? Any input is appreciated. Thanks guys and God Bless. :)
