It's almost been more than 4 months now since I filed my AOS. I got already my AP and EAD a month ago, now still waiting for my GC. I thought I was lucky enough not to undergo the interview and my case was transferred to CSC to be expedited only to know that things will be much of the delay than I expected. What's wrong with the CSC, why cases have been taking so long to be processed compared to other service center. Any idea?

Well, lucky is one thing we clearly aren't. I would much rather have done an interview and received my GC MONTHS ago. CSC is a black hole. Unreal.

they are working on tps applications mosly, temporary protection status, like people from unrest countries, can stay in the united states temp, for safty circumstances you can obtain ead, you can traval, you don't have to leave the u.s if your from ,syria, somalia, sudan, haiti, honduaras,el,salvador, if you came here on a b/2 visa,so thats one of the reasons were backed loged with applications ,

you are still lucky sweety coz you're just waiting for your GC rather than get an RFE for your AOS dont worry you'll get your AOS approval soon just have faith.God Bless you :)

Thanks. Hope so.

According to your timeline you applied 02/06/12. That is 3 months and 10 days, not 4 months. Be patient, you will be approved soon enough.

Oh sorry, I miscalculated it. Yeah, I think I should be patient about all these.

I checked your timeline so it seems like you have been waiting long than I do and both our cases were transferred at CSC. I guess I still need to keep waiting but I hope it's not forever :P

It won't be forever. Try and find something else to occupy your time for the next month or so. It will happen! :)
