I-130 Timeline

Hi all, I received the NOA1 and accoring to the processing times of the UCIS the following sentence is applicable.

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between October 5, 2012 and November 5, 2012*.

But its not clear to me if this is the ti meline for the USCIS only or is this also for the NVC? In other words, The USCIS is doing the initial review now. Does the 5 month processing time include the time that the I-130 will be at the NVC also? Could my wife in Manila possibly expect to have an embassy interview by Nov?

that 5 months is the processing time at the service center where your petition was sent it can be before or after 5 months before u get an approval for the nvc stage at an additional time and also up until you go on your interview

the timeline is from visajourney only.. it's a rough estimate from vj members only who religiously updates it. uscis estimate is 5 months from noa1-noa2. others are waiting for more than 5mos. then the nvc process til interview date would consume another 3 mos.. just give it 8-10 mos for

the whole process...
