amending forms

I put the wrong last name for my fiance's daughter on the I-129F and G325 forms. Anyone know how to amend this?

I put my fiance's last name instead of the fathers last name.

This is not researched but I think that you will have to take amended forms with you to the interview. I'm also not certain about the legalities and documents needed from your fiancee to take children out of the country. So many things we don't even think about until they tell you and let you sweat through some more time.Hopefully someone with absolute knowledge will chime in with some info. I made a mistake on my husband's g325. I called the USCIS when this happened and they just had me write a letter explaining the mistake and which line the mistake was made. This did not delay my application.

I received a request for more evidence. I forgot to answer one of the yes/no questions. How I missed it I don't know. I made the correction and sent it back along with a letter explaining the name error on the 325 form.

Ugg another 15 - 60 day delay.

but an RFE is good in one aspect - you KNOW now that the casefile is on an adjudicator's desk.
