I know what its written there,.,,,But i wanna know,if NVC sends instructions e-mail?

Those links are really helpful, and i thank you for redirecting me there all the time...but me and my husband are doing it our own way, we wont do anything until they ask for it.Thats our way.

So i'll be really grateful for a straight answer,if someone knows it.Thank you!

What you've described, 'we wont do anything until they ask for it' is the OLD SCHOOL NVC Postal Processing Intake.

Every three months or so, NVC Checks yer case status, and sends out instructions for what they want next.

NO DS-3032? They will send instructions for it, via postal mail.

No AOS/I-864? They will send instructions for it, via postal mail.

No IV/DS-230 ? They will send instructions for it, via postal mail.

So, you and yours have decided to flip into Old School NVC Postal Processing Mode.

Figure 3 months per thing, total of 9 months for intake on documents, with another 2 months after till the interview gets scheduled. Instead, if'n you follow LingChe, you'd be done within 7 weeks, with an interview coming up 5 weeks later.

Good Luck ! [refactor your plan if yer able or willing, later. Being Willing is useful, always predicated on knowledge acquisition].

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

-=-=-=-=-=R E A D ! ! !=-=-=-=-=-

Whoa Nelly ! Want NVC Info? see http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process

Congratulations on your approval ! We All Applaud your accomplishment with Most Wonderful Kissies !

What's the court certificate for? Is that in place of the Police clearance certificate?

Yes, you send both original documents and photocopies of those documents.

Write your name, DOB, and case number on the back of your photos.. And if you like, write you case number on every document (just so if something gets lost from your pile, it can easily find its way back :P ) And the barcoded cover sheet should be on top of everything.

Can we do the same thing with the DS3032 (Agent Form)- fill it out, mail it to our spouse to sign and have the sign and send back prior to the NOA2 in order to expedite things? How long are these forms valid for after signing or dating?
