My email was on Oct 3 and I received it on Oct 9. But the stamp on the envelop was Oct 5. So it was about 1.5 days before it got out of CSC

07/28/2006 -- Mailed I129f Petition

07/31/2006 -- NOA 1 Received Date

08/12/2006 -- NOA 1 Notice Date

08/17/2006 -- Touched

09/21/2006 -- Touched

10/02/2006 -- Touched

10/03/2006 -- RFE sent from CSC (Beneficiary's birth certificate)

10/04/2006 -- Touched

10/09/2006 -- Received RFE in the mail

10/10/2006 -- Sent reponse to RFE

10/16/2006 -- RFE acknowledged at CSC

10/18/2006 -- NOA2 - APPROVED!!

10/19/2006 -- Touched

10/25/2006 -- Received NOA2 snail mail

10/26/2006 -- Petition received at NVC

11/06/2006 -- Petition sent off to embassy

11/17/2006 -- Embassy receives petition

11/17/2006 -- Packet 3 sent from Embassy

11/21/2006 -- Packet 3 sent back

11/22/2006 -- Recieved packet 4

12/11/2006 -- INTERVIEW

12/13/2006 -- Embassy calls asking for document stating that fiance is not married. (Second curve ball they throw at us)

12/14/2006 -- Document sent to embassy

12/26/2006 -- K-1 Visa issued!!!!

Same as michellek, my RFE notice via email came on 9/15 and snail mail RFE arrived 9/21 and I live about 50 miles away from CSC. Just hang in there and wait until it arrives. :yes:

01/29/07: MEDICAL IN CDJ

01/30/07: INTERVIEW in CDJ **My fiance receives his visa**

03/31/07-04/08/07: I leave to Mexico and bring back my fiance

04/08/07: U.S. ENTRY at LAX

04/23/07: Married in Vegas

08/23/08: After 7 years together . . . Religious wedding ceremony and HUGE PARTY in Jalisco, Mexico (we deserve it)

08/24-08/30: Spend our honeymoon in Acapulco, Mexico

July 17 2006 Sent I-129F to TSC

July 19 2006 packet received by TSC

July 27 2006 case received at CSC

July 28 2006 touched (to process/send NOA1)

Aug 01 2006 check cashed

Aug 05 2006 NOA1 received in mail

Oct 03 2006 Touched (RFE sent)

Oct 10 2006 RFE received and responded to

Oct 17 2006 Touched (CSC reply to RFE response)

Nov 06 2006 NOA2

Nov 21 2006 NVC sent to Manila

mine took like 15 days i was loosing hopes but finally arrived yesterday ..they sent it from california sept 26 and just yesterday i receive it in mail ...

Read my signature, I got the RFE email on 9/11. To this day, I've never received it at all. Luckily, I hired an attorney and he gets a copy of everything so he ended up sending me his. I filled that one out and sent it back.

There are other posts about lost RFE's and other lost documents. The CSC is awful.

I-129 submitted on 5/26/06 (on OLD forms because the new ones weren't out!!)

NOA #1 with receipt number dated 6/12/2006

Nothing else has happened after that as far as I know... No RFE's, Nothing?

Email notice on 9/11/2006 that my question would be answered.

Email notice on 9/12/2006 that the RFE is in the mail 3 months after my WAC number

Next trip to see her for a week on 9/23/06...

Went to Colombia on 9/23 returned on 10/1

I never received my RFE but my attorney sent me his copy which I filled out and overnighted on 10/3 RFE delivery confirmation on 10/4 but nothing from CSC yet...

CSC Email saying they have my RFE on 10/11/06, a full week after they got it.

Note that to this day, I've still NEVER received my copy of the RFE they said they mailed to me! I've seen lots of posts about lost RFE's and other documents from the CSC! This concerns me greatly!

NOA 2 on 10/18/2006 Woo Hoo! 129 days from NOA 1.

Yesenia arrived in the US on January 18th, 2007

We were married on 3/17/07

Filed for Green Card and Employment Authorization right away.

Green Card was issued (with EAD card) on 6/15/07

We'll be filing for AOS pretty soon.
