I am sending my K-1 visa package, using USPS express mail services. I noticed in the I-129f instruction, they put the following:

The USCIS Dallas Lockbox

For U.S. Postal Service:

USCIS

P.O. Box 660151

Dallas, TX 75266

For Express mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS

Attn: I-129F

2501 South State Highway 121 Business

Suite 400

Lewisville, TX 75067

I sent it to the first address since I am sending it through USPS, but i used express service - so does that mean I should have sent to the second address?

Even though I sent it with express service?

It is still USPS. Express service or courier deliveries = companies like FedEx or UPS.

For the record, Dallas TX no longer do K1 visa so your visa may get rerouted to Vermont TX. I send it to the second address too and that is were my file got rerouted to.

Only two places process K1s - Vermont and California.

Dallas is an intake facility. They simply receive the package, process the payment, and forward it onto either Vermont or California for the package to be adjudicated.

The Dallas Lockbox address is an intake/sorting facility. It never did adjudicate K-1 petitions. All of the petitions are either sent to Vermont or California to be adjudicated. Those are the only two service centers that process K-1 petitions.

So am I good, or will my package get lost somewhere?

You're fine. Some people have used the second address when sending USPS Express and were fine as well, but this doesn't concern you. You sent it off following the instructions. If you used USPS Express, you should have a tracking number for delivery confirmation. Expect e-notification from USCIS, if you included G-1145, in about a week or less. Expect your hardcopy NOA1 letter in a week to 30 days.
