Don't get hung up on date stamped photos. Your camera is a mini-computer. You can set the date to ANY date you want. So, the date stamp on your photos really don't mean anything!

For you and others in the future what I did was always take some pictures of us together in front of easy to identify places. Especially signs or something famous.

Since they wanted date stamped pictures, and I did not have the date stamp turned on to be displayed in my camera, they were digitally date stamped, I brought them to a local drug store kiosk and just added the date stamp to prints. It was a bit of a pain, but my now wife had plenty of date stamped photos when I sent them to her for the interview. Also for the petition stage the passport stamps are considered Primary evidence of having met. Your fiancé sent exactly the best evidence they were looking for. The date stamped pictures is only secondary evidence of having met in the previous two years, at the petition level.

Try to gather receipts from phonecalls, emails or letters and boarding passes. This 2 last ones are very very important. In my case I gathered more than 2 hundreds pictures, hundreds of pages from google voice, at&t, air plane tickets, hotel receipts, letters, emails, western unions receipts, skype,...and u wont believe but they never ask me ANYTHING. I was kind of pissed cause we worked so hard on it but in the end we were approved and its all that really matters, but having tons of evidence doesn't make the difference.

Concretate on prepare yourself to make a great interview. I went with my fiance to my interview and we prepared ourselves for month. We used to practice at least an hour, 3 or 4 times at week making each other question about our lives, family, education, work etc. I know him very very well and he knows me too but sometimes there's information that you are not used to share with your boyfriend or girlfriend, is not common talking about our bosses, or what highschool we attended or what kind of surgery or childhood disease you had.

We actually look for most common question, but we also searched for the most uncommon ones...We wanted to be prepared for everything. I know that India embassy is a hard one so get very well prepare.

And as I told you, try to get the most significant proves...sometimes a few letters or personal emails are more important than having thousand of pages from phone calls or receipt from hotel rooms, restaurants. etc And be careful with the pictures you submit. I've read about cases from India reviews, where couples submit pics from their engagement party (I know that you celebrate this and sometimes people get confused cause it loooks like you are getting married)

Check your email, and find a few emails, check for phone calls, get your boarding passes...and your fiance must do the same.

The best of lucks!

   Same thing happened to my wife. Didn't even really ask questions, just chit chatted for a while. She had a huge amount of evidence and pictures, and they didn't ask to see anything. The CO was literally answering his own questions by reading the I-129F documents while they chatted about nothing in particular and then said everything looks good. My then fiancée asked if she had been approved and he told her yes, of course. Sounds like after our RFE in the I-129F stage, the paperwork covered everything needed so well that they didn't need to see any more evidence from her. We do have those nice photo books she put together for the interview though
