Hi, I have received my approved NOA2 3 days ago.

My question is that do they ask for evidence of meeting prior to 2 yrs? because I do not have any tickets, hotel receipt, or anything except my passport stamp and pictures together as our proof...USCIS, hoever, approved our petition, but I am scared if they will ask for more evidence at the interview...( we do have lots of proof for ongoing relationship thou, because i went to visit him stayed with him for 10 days after filing our petition).

Thank You..(this is bothering me, so just want know for the peace of my mind)

Thank you everyone in Advance.

Hi, the requirement is actually that you've met within two years, not two years prior. Passport stamps and pictures are both helpful, although more helpful if the pictures are date stamped. Proof of the 10 day visit of course will also be helpful.

You hane your noa2. Now you need proof of an ongoing relationship from time you filed until the interview.if you have phone records, chat logs, emails, that will work.

I don't see a problem here. The NOA2 is Approved. The interview will request (if asked) proof of a on-going relationship. Yes, it would be helpful to have boarding passes from airport terminals but that is Not Proof. The important thing is your submitted Pictures with your 129-F Petition and it was Approved. Now, you must show: As I said already. The relationship is continuing. Skype pictures,Yahoo records, etc. I think your fine. Generally, they like to see more evidence with the submital of the 129-F but it was Approved. The important thing now is proof of a on-going relationship. Focus on that! (For your Interview). I think your OK.

Proof of having met within two years is not the main obstacle during interview time, especially if the US citizen is present at the interview, so I would concentrate on the other proof you'll need.

Don't worry! Your NOA2 is Approved. Post dated pictures are not the Issue. As I said. I think your fine. If you use Skype or Yahoo with a cam you can take pictures manually or through the computor. EASY.

They will want evidence of relationship, the question of meeting in person was answered satisfactorily.

I agree Gary. PLUS for you. The requirements have been met for NOA2 Approval. Proof of a On-going Relationship is the Only Requirement (and all the other sh-t they ask for).

I see no worries. Glad we agree for the OP

Paste pics (2 on a A4 sheet and write down the date and a little description. Worked for us. Our pics were not dated. Any receipts (gifts, flowers to each other) with dates, envelopes for cards/ letters you both sent to each other will have dates on them. GET CREATIVE. If you have a geniune relationship, there is no dearth of evidence laying around.
