Hi Guys!!

Just wondering if there are any November filers out there without an NOA2?

Starting to worry:)

Thanks everyone

Hello Molly 35, yes I'm November filer, they lost all my supporting evidence (primary, secondary, etc..) I got RFE, I submitted every evidence again, today it has been close to one month since they receive my response, I called NCSC, talked to first rep and supervisor, both refused to issue Service request, saying I'm still within the 60 days review, I tried to explain that I got RFE because CSC lost my original submitted evidence but NO AVAIL, it is very frustrated :bonk: , any one there can put word of encouragement :help: . Thanks

Hi,

I am trying to contact them too as my application is more than 6 months and I just can't get a live person, what number did you call to get someone?

Call NCSC at 1-800-375-5283, do not press anything ( any phone key) (don't choose a language), the system will think you have a rotary phone and will transfer you directly to a live person, if the person speaks Spanish and you do not say I do not speak Spanish, and they will transfer you to someone who speaks English. Good luck

Hi November Filers!

Quick update. I called USCIS on May 1st and put in a service request. Received the email which said I should hear something in 60 days:(

Called back on the 15th.. Customs agent was very rude and told me I had to wait another 45 days.

So I called back later in the morning and spoke with a very nice woman. She didn't have a whole lot of info for me but she did tell me to email a certain address and I should here something in 21 days.

I feel like they all tell you something different!!!

So basically still no word!

this is nothing short of torture....

Hi

Sorry to hear about your wait. I know exactly how you feel yes it'd torture. I just don't understand how some can take so long and others go through quickly

We are putting in a service request today and will no doubt get told the same as you

I hope you hear soon

Thanks for your response and suggestion, before I read your kind suggestion, I contacted NCSC at 1-800-375-5283, spoke to 2 tier supervisor, after I explained that the RFE I got due to the negligence of CSC of losing all my supporting evidences for my petition, she refused to give me even a service request, and said that I'm still under the 60 days (RFE) RESPONSE review period and I'm still under normal USCIS processing time for K-1, bummer…bummer..:whistle: &:crying::crying::angry::angry::angry:

Thank you.
