Molly,

I'd keep calling mine was only out 5 months and a day, I am the petitioner as what told them and said i was out of the time line area so she gave me a number and that she would make sure they got it at the Vermont processing center and that i should hear something within 15 days low and behold very next day i got a text saying that my status had changed and then went back on line there it was. wonder why they didn't give you a number and then you got a email for 60 more days something not right? I would keep trying being your passed 6 months already? Good luck hope you get it soon!

Molly,

I got the NOA1 at Novemeber too.And when we did call on the last 3 days i got the same thing like yours. Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter.

I don't bother much with Igor's list now to be honest for these reasons.

How did you get such detailed info?

Just entered a different receipt number and noted those with the same received date that were either side of mine.

eg if your number is EAC1234567890 then try EAC1234567889 or EAC1234567891 etc
