Well, when I woke up today to start my wonderful day, I finally received that Email we all want. My wife now has her interview on June 6,2012. The journey is ALMOST over, soon my wife and I will be reunited. 698 days after we submitted the original I-130. Patience is something that I was starting to run low on. But faith has finally paid off.

Ok, so for those that are wondering, Yes, I am the USC, and my wife is in the Philippines. We sent our initial I-130 all the way back in July 2010. This was about 4 months after we had married. We worked all the way to the CSC and then like many of our friends here, we were transferred to the TSC and it seems that we were all forgotten. Well, in that process I decided to go back to the Philippines for our birthdays together, during that time we were blessed with our present, which was our daughter. We moved forward as a group, but due to complications with the pregnancy, we had to wait. Our daughter is now 9 months old, and a US Citizen. And with all of the trials that we have been thru, we are happy that our journey is coming to an end. 698 days, seems to be a long wait.. but for most of you it will be a bit shorter. Remember when you weather this storm together, you have a stronger bond in the end.

Remember, life is a journey, as long as you have the one you love by your side there is no end... but if your lucky along with the one you love, you find friends that are on the same journey. And here we have many friends..
