Guys do you know ow long it takes for the AOS to be invocied. I just got my case number and IIN but when I log in to pay it does not allow me.Under Payment Status Select is says NOT INVOICED.

wait for 2 to 3 days . .

I think once you send DS-3032 Choice of Agent and it's accepted, the AOS fee invoice is generated. I got the AOS invoice a day after DS-3032 email.

Oh, I should add that the NVC seems to be moving a little slower these days.

Thanks for the response guys. I was under the impression that as soon as I got the IIN # I would be able to pay the AOS fee.

Unfortunately, you are not right... :blush::blush::thumbs: you have to wait for 2-3 buisness days to get invoice for AOS. But my understanding, it has nothing to do with DS-3032. DS-3032 will play in role for your Immigrant Visa (IV) Application Processing Fee. Your E-DS-3032 has to be "ACCEPTED" from NVC to get Invoice for IV application. These days it might take a week to 10 days to get your spouse's Ds-3032 approved.
