why you think you will get an interview? Your file was transferred to CSC already.

you basically just waiting for you green card now, not interview.

Are you sure with that? There are cases here that their case was transfered to CSC but they also received an interview notice.

So i assume it's a case to case basis.

I called 800-375-5283. The people were very nice, but unfortunately, they had no information to offer me. I'll bet your situation will be the same. Maybe we just got placed on the bottom of the pile.

Most likely your GC will just show up in the mail. If they are suspicious about your marriage then they'll schedule an interview. Look for a GC in the mail and not an Interview notice

Most likely your GC will just show up in the mail. If they are suspicious about your marriage then they'll schedule an interview. Look for a GC in the mail and not an Interview notice

Yeah i'm just wondering since it's almost 6 months now from the day i filed and still i didn't received an interview.

My biometric was done last june and i got my EAD july..til now no updates yet.

I may just need to wait and look for my green card on the mailbox.

What do you think guys?

Thanks! I'm actually pretty calm and composed. We have a mountain of evidence to present, if needed, and I have no worries whatsoever about convincing the IO that we are a real couple. I do worry a bit about the 'intent' issue, because of us adjusting status from a non-immigrant visa. I do have that knot in my stomach, but I suppose it's kind of expected to be a bit anxious with something so important.

This is where my job comes in handy. I frequently have to give presentations in front of sometimes large crowds, so I don't get nervous at all about being put 'on the spot.'

Anyway, thanks for the well-wishes. :)
