I called today still nothing in the mail, the guy was speaking super fast, not super friendly, and told me to wait until 30 days after I received hard copy of NOA to call back if I haven't received the appointment...

He told me that if the notice has been lost they would just reschedule an appointment..hum..super useful phonecall...

I guess I just need to wait.... :crying:

I am sorry to hear that. I did some research and found some threads that are related to your case. Based on what I read, there are few people who got their appointment letters 30-60 days after receiving NOA. It's pretty unusual but it could happen if your local USCIS is extremely busy.

If you won't get it today, try calling them next Tuesday. Hang in there!

Hello there, welcome aboard :)

I think it all depends on how busy your local area is. Some got their biometrics appointment a week or two after receiving NOA1's. I received mine two days earlier than my NOA1's. One of us May filers, Lilyena, is still waiting for her appointment. I am hoping you both will receive your biometrics appointments soon.

Still nothing in the mail...its stressing me out, I really need to travel to France in september and need AP...The guy clearly told me on the phone to wait 30 days after NOA...I am sure the guy in charge of my file is slow because it took them forever to send us NOA after receiving the package and I had to call for that too.... :crying:

AHHH I just checked my status online we got an RFE....:( they mailed it yesterday, I wonder what I have forgotten..its probably because I didnt put the 2011 tax return because we didnt have it yet...I keep you updated, at least the RFE was fast, unlike some people waiting 6 months to have the RFE...I hope its nothing crazy...

I keep you updated when I receive the letter...

The good news is you got the RFE before you left the country. I am sure you will get your AP before September. Waiting is indeed frustrating but don't stress yourself too much.

You will probably get your E-notifications next week, it has been only five working days. Did you include G-1145 in your package?
