So finally got the TXT today saying my wife's GC was finally approved from CSC. I don't think it would have been approved if I didn't put in a note with my senator back in middle of December. He said that it would take 45-60 days for a decision and that was rapidly approaching. Hang in there everyone it will be soon for you.

OK, mid November which marked the 6th month after filing of AOS, I called USCIS for service request and received an email after almost 2 wks saying to wait 45-60 days for update.

Wrote to our Senator in January for help and he was told the same. After almost a month, I got an update from USCIS that my case was transferred back to another office who has now jurisdiction over my case and to wait for further info.

What, really?! Can't wait for this process to be over!

We got the email/TXT saying it was approved on Monday the 28th and we had the GC in hand on that Friday. Very short turn around by USCIS which I was kinda of shocked by. It was a good thing as my wife was leaving to go home to the Ukraine this Tuesday. I didnt have to worry about getting her passport stamped and bring it over to her in a few weeks when I go over.

Still waiting.

This is ridiculous! Called USCIS today. Couldn't tell me anything, as usual! The initial customer service rep. put me on hold and forwarded my call to... ANOTHER customer service rep...

Giving people the run around, they are! :bonk: :bonk:

I also just received my text and email that my AOS had been approved and my card had been mailed out. Everyone else that applied in May, seriously, hang in there, your day will come probably very soon!

I think it's quite funny that you wait and wait to hear from USCIS, and when you do, it's a onslaught of texts - they texted me at 1:45 in the afternoon, and then repeated the same thing at 11:15 pm, 11:30 pm, AND 2:15 am! Oh well, just happy they're thinking of me
