POE Review: Detroit Event Description Entry Date : 2012-02-06 Embassy Review : During inspection of the packet, it seemed that the USCIS and the Embassy are not concurrent with their protocol. The officer was telling me that I should have been in the US per the date of the NOA2. Had we not encountered delays from the Embassy in processing my visa, I should have entered the country earlier. She even told me had I entered a couple of weeks later, I could be facing a problem because that will be 4 months after the NOA2 validity date. Oh well, glad that I had not much of a problem though - she just made me wonder and gave me some jitters. I have a valid visa and entry should have not be a problem. Harassment Level : Low
