Respected sir/Madam.

I know a women in here.She asked me to help her.I tried but i had no any idea.I want VJ help her.

She married an american citizenship.She got permenant resident card for two years.In 2008 ,She came back here with her man.They decided to settle in here for ever.Now her green card was expired in 2010 .

They want to go back to USA.

But her man visited US embassy in Baghdad they said go to home do your stuffs on network.And i couldn't do anything for them.Now they are bored of US embassy.

Her man said i don't like to go back to get waiver visa for her.Cuz needs time.

Can she renew her permenant resident card online?

If yes ..What she should do?

of course not. the reason of a GC is to live in the US, she abandoned the GC when they decided to live there. she was supposed to remove conditions in the US, show that they were living there, she needed to have physical presence.

He might have to file a petition all over again.

They would need to essentially start the process from scratch.

As the others have said, they need to start from scratch. The US Citizen husband needs to petition for a visa for his wife. It will take 7-10 months, maybe more.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
