USCIS Case's processing time.I keep asking my self how come it take's too long with USCIS to process petition's or any kind of application!!!!!!!

no answer, and am still wondering why..ist about no enough employee to cover and make the work done in a short time?or ist the case's that USCIS process are difficult to process , and need to pass to too many employee's?

either way,I find the solution for the USCIS problem's which is hire more people to cover your hard work.and who is going to pay for those extra people?me and all people who having problem's with USCIS processing time.me and the people who are waiting for there love's one's to be together, and under one roof,

me and the people we can pay for those extra employee's that USCIS is going to hire them to finish our case's.and end our stress.

rather than issuing visa's to people that the American government gathered them from different country's, we never heard of them, those people entered the US as they entering a five star hotel, those people no one checked there background before entering the US,and I am the America citizen the USCIS keeps me waiting five to eight month's for background check, those people are getting support from the US government and we are the Citizen paying for there food,

who are those people?did you run a background check on them before entering the US?did the USCIS asked them for affidavit of support?or any fee's to pay?

are they terrorist or a criminal, gangster?

come on USCIS, don't be a joke.people are sad for your problem's,

try to work on your problem's and fix them, and promise we will help you,

we are the Citizen.

If it were not for their hard work, we wouldn't be able to bring our loved ones home with us legally. 5 months or even up to 1 year I can still bear it because I know how much I love my fiance and I know how to be grateful to the government. Patience goes along way and after we've done with waiting we surely will be rewarded (our NOA2).

God bless everyone on this journey!!!!!

"Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." (Proverbs 3, 5-6)

If you rant is about the DV lottery people , they go through the same AP checks as any other intending immigrant. That visa class also waits forever to be process. Many of my husbands family entered the lottery each year , and they must wait from Oct to May to every know they aren't getting a chance. Immigration staffs at a level that more or less maintains an even flow of work. Some of the delay is a built in test of the validity of the relationship. Many people meet and are overcome by a rush of hormones and apply and the underlying relationship is so weak it doesn't survive the year of petition time. Can you imagine how many broken relatonships and upset USC's that would be tied to an affidavit of support if we simply showed up at the embassy and picked up your spousal visa the next day. In the grand scheme of your life together a year is a drop in the bucket. Yes you are frustrated but this too shall pass.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Please don'tlook at it that way.

Most people try to do the best they can with what they have or are allowed. I too am greatful that we get the oportunity to legally bring our loved ones over, even if the wait is long and others go before me. I know that there are people that have to wait more than me and have to jump through more hoops. Be glad and greatful for whar you have and just think that soon you'll look back and realize that the wait was not as long as you originally thought. Pray for a lot of patience, I know I do.

Charlie - yer question is repetitive - ie -

at some point, everyone chasing after an immigrant visa asks the same question.

At some point, some of us dig in and learn what goes on behind the curtain, those of us that are ####### retentive and prefer to learn about the process.

The data to study is well hidden, alas.

Good luck with yer casefile !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
