i guess some are true & some are not. we're still waiting for our noa2 since september so turning 8th month on the next month. & heard someone are still waiting on the said filed month. but some got there approvals already since january (on their 4th month). i dunno if that's true but could be for some. service requests doesn't help much so all we need to do is WAIT. still hoping for the best result after this loooooong wait.

i just called uscis and they said the normal processing time for i130 usc petitioning spouse is 5 months.

I really hope they keep it around that time :( I just filed for my wife! I don't want to wait any longer :(

Finally we all three together. We are happy :)

You really have a good attitude about the process, even though you're at the 7th month mark. You've exhibited tremendous patience - however, after 7 months of waiting, you're justified in making some calls to get an update about your petition.

Regardless of the projections from VJ or from USCIS itself, they'll still get to my case exactly when they get to my case, and not a day sooner, so what is the use of getting tied up in knots about projections or estimates? There is still a wide range of normal, and no way at all to predict when your particular case will be adjudicated. So...meh?

I'm pretty sure you should just ignore that website for your sanity and also the fact that it's not always accurate... It will be between 4-6 months for most ppl to get NOA2. Don't worry!

Yeah it shows 8.7 now and I am really devastated... It felt like we were just a month away and right now I just want to sit down and cry...Maybe they just got a huge volume of petitions those last few months but because December is being processed now, we can still hope for May/June approval? I really hope as having to wait another 4-5 months is just a killer! Of course we will wait as long as it takes but this is just so frustrating! Not the waiting part as much as the uncertainty part :(

As others have said, there are really inconsistent things going on here. Mine jumped to 8.7 months, back to five, 8.7 then back again.

I don't know what's going on, but this is so inconsistent it has to be some kind of glitch!

Yeah I bet there's thousands of us prying right now! Sounds crazy! Let's hope for glitch but I'm already working with my fiance on a backup plan. We were planning on waiting till I have visa in hand but right now if I don't hear back from the USCIS till end of May beginning of June, he needs to visit me... Maybe USCIS has some deal with travel airlines :P all petitioners will be booking their tickets now to see their loved ones quicker! :P

Hey there , thanks :) nice to know there's someone from ABQ finally :)

Yes I know but it is frustrating. We just have to wait and hope it's just an estimate that has nothing to do with our cases :)
