dancehallquana today i was at work praying that you got through. am so happy for you!! what questions they asked

Praise God for you!! i do thank you tremendously..

i will try to give you a good rundown as my stepson and husband are not as detailed as i would be.

roger's appt was at 730.. He went w/ his mother and uncle. We had sent copies of the AOS form, tax returns, my bc, pics of the family together, western union receipts.. Also because my youngest stepson is in AP review right now we also sent proof that I and my husband live together, which is what they asked for with Jordans case. We sent health/car insurance documents, copies of drivers lic, electric bill, water bill.....dont even know if this interviewer looked at all that but we didnt want them to have any reason to put us in a long AP wait again.

the interviewer was a young male, He asked Roger what was my name, and asked had he ever met me before and when

(this is big contrast to my youngest stepson, they never asked him one question.. they asked his mother was the dad at the birth and why not and then said we needed proof of living together)

so that was it, they told him he was approved, took his passport and gave them directions on how to register with DHL.. said it would be completed in 7 to 10 days.

I hope this helps a bit, it really depends on who you get and what vibe they get from you i believe.. God has it all under control tho, so dont worry, trust it will all work out for you good.. blessings

It's called "removal of conditions" not "adjustment" but if the parent has IR1 status the children will have IR2 status and 10 year cards.
