I finally got my wives appointment date for her I-485! It has been a hassle since the Social Security office took so long to process her application and we couldn't get an SSN since the K-1 expired. I was nervous we would get an RFE since she didn't complete her shots but I just got a letter from the hospital stating she was pregnant and couldn't take them. Plus I didn't want to pay a civil surgeon just to sign a form stating she was pregnant as well. Got lucky and now on to the next stage!

No you didn't "get lucky"... YET. The interview doesn't mean you won't get an RFE. You can still get RFE'd at the interview and this is most commonly for the medical so be prepared for that.
