it means there are sending his information to the embassy in nigeria for processing. Now its time to gather all your documents together. check the "Nigeria"' forum for posts and embassy specific advice.

Actually i just did this and with it going thru Nigeria too. if you want the insider tips on the next steps u should take let me know cuz we went from NOA1 to visa approval in right over 5 mnths!!! we werent prepared for such a fast interview date so i can tell you what happened to us and what i think you should do if you would like. let me know ...
