i-485 Notice Date 11/16/11

"This is to advise you that in order to speed up processing we have transferred the above case to the following USCIS office for processing: California Service Center, etc, etc "

I know these things take a while, & we've been super busy working to come around & put a thorough check on things.

BUT, I checked my Case Status today on the USCIS website & it said the California Service Center's average wait time right now for a i-485 is 60 months??? :blink:

Being out of the loop since last November...I'm just checking in to make sure I'm not missing something and/or going a little crazy

The website dates are never correct. Are you following a thread of people that filed when you did?...that is your best bet for tracking processing times. Good Luck.

60 months :o:o:o:o ! i hope it doesnt take that long for you because thats the a crazy number. i agree with the previous post. just follow thw timelines of others to get an idea. good luck with everything. if anything reach out to your congress person.

This is about the third time someone has posted this. Please have another look at the site and that is processing for WORK RELATED AOS. Not Family AOS.
