I'm quite certain it is. But his daugthers condition has nothing to do with his dropping out of the race. It is not something that just popped up now. She's inflicted with this condition since birth. So she had that condition when he entered the race. Wasn't an issue then. And it wasn't the issue now. He can't win the nomination. He faced a possible loss of the PA primary - the polls are moving against him in his home state. That is why he quit. No other reason.
