I would love some help on this one.. please!

What does this mean? However processing was complete... good or bad? Why RFE then...

"Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status:

On October 6, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

Thank you!!

Thats the standard canned response when they get your RFE. If it's the IMBRA RFE then there is no telling how much longer it will take. Mine took 90 days. If it's for something else then your NOA2 could come quickly.

I got the same update message:

" we received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message."

i guess its a response to them recieving my imbra rfe. I wonder how much longer till the approval.
