And depressing really. I was reading some of our posts back in July and August here. CSC people getting approved left and right. It's just agonizing to be left in the dust for so long. Our thread was full of excitement and anticipation. Now, it is full of us VSC folks venting about our frustrations that is the black hole of uncertainty while our fellow April CSC folks are moving on with their plans/life. I'm a patient man, but this is nonsense and sucks dramatically.

I could not have said it better myself.

Ok, just a simple update. We contacted our Congressman last week, and we got this so far:

Dear Mr. XXX:

Thank you for contacting me concerning the difficulties you have been experiencing with

USCN.

I am pleased to inform you a Congressional inquiry has been initiated on your behalf. It is my

hope that this action will result in the expeditious resolution of the problem.

Please be assured that as soon as I receive any information you will be contacted. In the

meantime, if I can assist you in this or any other matter do not hesitate to contact my West Palm

Beach Congressional Office at (561) 655-1943.

Steadfast and Loyal, {Mk Allen B. West

Member of Congress

I known it means nothing so far, but at least they sent us a response. We´ll see if something comes out of having them involved. :bonk:

Time will be here by the time you know it, i think October is VSC April filer's month, by the looks of it they are starting with the early filers first, hopefully by the time you know it your day will be here. I waited 181 days for my NOA2 6 months exactly. I have all you others in my prayers on getting these approvals going! When you get that NOA2, a huge burden will be lifted from your shoulders and the worst part of waiting will be over!! kicking.gif i cried like a little baby this morning all happy tears! :D

We are still waiting for news (we apply on april 10th) so probably we gonna know something next week.

If there's no RFE'S till now, VSC could request something at this point?

Agony is killing us!!!
