thanks sir but i just sent the hard copy of DS 3032 awhile ago via USPS in the Embassy in Manina. Since I already sent it, do u thinkif i send it throuhh my email, it wouldnt have cause any problem?

IF you sent it to the Embassy in Manina - then you've created some problem for yerself. The IV unit will not know what to do with it, at all.

However, if you reread post #1, there's a link there outlining how to EMAIL the form DATA into NVC, without actually using the form itself. I pray you can find that post, read that post, click the link containing the content for a DS-3032 email.

Attention applicants trying to schedule an appointment in the U.S. Consulate in Quebec City.

Temporary recommendation: Please select Consulate General Montreal as the post for your interview because the Consulate in Quebec City does not have available appointments at this time.

Im thinking thats Why Montreal is full for May.

Well, that's something, but you were to never interview in Quebec.. I guess a 'false positive' is useful here, one less thing to worry about.

But remember, you can't go by other consulates/embassy in other countries. It's not an accurate way to predict when you will have an interview. You'll just drive yourself crazy!

Why oh why do I keep getting bubble head Carla when I call DoS?

well your case is still at the national visa center, we can't do anything

yes, carla I know.. it won't be sent to montreal until there's an inteview scheduled

well packet three hasn't been sent out

packet three isn't sent out for CR-1 visas

I do not understand what the deal is with these DoS people and their obsession with packet 3...*sigh*...we don't GET packet 3, get over it.

That's true. Egypt is still giving out May interviews... Really hoping to get one. ^_^ that'll help make up for the late IV bill.
