Just remembered I have a real question, haha.

For my interview, I'll have my husband's 2011 return (or hopefully transcript) in hand. Will they want to see an updated I-864EZ with his 2011 information, or just the original one with his 2010 information? I know they want the 2010 one for sure as we used that for the AOS we submitted, but just wondering if I should show up with something extra.

Hey guys, just called back NVC now they are seeing the AOS as paid  . Saylin i asked about the new price and Jim said its $230, i asked about the $74 and he said its 230 flat, no additional but we will find out on Friday, but he said invoices wont be released until after Friday. i hope that is not another wait until Monday to pay a bill. 1st time i ever want to pay money so badly....

me too... our dates are close, btw

[...]

Wow, Egypt has finally sped up again for interview dates!! I remember just recently where it was taking 6 months to find out an interview date since they were closed for awhile because of the riots last year.

yea, its awesome!!! i know the list togetherforever13 has made doesn't account for all of the spousal visas, but there is a quiet period around my NOA1 date... so like the couple i mentioned with a case complete on 4/9 and got the 5/15 interview... i'm really optimistic of a late may/early june interview...

IT'S FLIPPIN TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our case is Montreal bound tomorrow, because it was approved this flippin afternoon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SUPER happy for you!!!

I know they want the 2010 one for sure as we used that for the AOS we submitted, but just wondering if I should show up with something extra.

I actually brought 2010 tax information to my interview, but I don't think I updated the I-864EZ with those amounts blink.gif I would recommend bringing the original, and then just an updated one with just the page with the tax info numbers.

Ok, i'm all new here and don't really know if i'm clicking and writing in the right places.. but i have a question :)

Just now when i was printing my DS-3032 form i noticed they put my maiden name on there, even tho we've used my married name in all the other forms. I couldn't really find a good answer to why and so on here.. but maybe that's just me that doesn't get how to search properly :D

Anyways.. why have they put my maiden name?

Should i still sign with my married name?

Do we have to do anything else than to fill in the DS-230 later on, that mentions both names?

09/26/2009: Met for the first time

I'd suggest calling up NVC and inquiring. They occasionally mess up on the last name. Get it fixed by talking with an operator. Then, once that's fixed, continue signing with your married name.

And I'm curious, why are you printing out the DS-3032? blink.gif
