Hi Gary, an update. We got our MNL case number today through the NVC operator. Yours should be coming in a few days.

With regards to the whole logic thing ... I don't think there has been logic in this whole process since day 1! Who knew it could ever be so bad. I don't think it has always been like this though ... I have spoke to plenty of people who have done this before any of us (some who have done it 1 year before or 5, and they all seemed a bit shocked it has taken this long).

All we can do is pray and learn patience. Cheers.

I know. Feels like I am in 70s when I look at the immigration process when there were no computers, no excel sheets to track the order...

BTW, were you able to track your case? They got my case on the last day of the fourth week of NOA2. I would keep calling and emailing NVC and at the same time contacting the embassy. Wish you all the best and quick turn around for the rest of your journey.

i got approved september 21 and still didn't hear nothing from nvc .really it's bad thing to wait.my fiancee had trying to call nvc but all the time when she called she found phone busy.

Luz and I have made a decision. Due to things that I would rather not get into we have decided to stop trying for her visa. I am going to give up my job and move there. Luz is starting right now to find me work there. I thank you all for your support and friendship. This will be the last day I will be on VJ. Good luck to you all.

Gary will no longer be updating the CSC to NVC timeline. I can't recall who is taking over the task, but I did find it posted in the K-1 section some where yesterday afternoon.
